The staph infection known as "MRSA" has been in the news lately, with reports of infections in a number of schools and other public buildings.
MRSA stands for methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus.
It's a form of staph infection that's not killed by most front-line antibiotics.
But the question is: what's the best way to protect yourself from either becoming infected or accidentally spreading the infection? To find out we turn to Dr. Brad Doebbeling.
Doebbling, an MD, is an expert in infectious diseases. He directs the IU Center for Health Services & Outcomes Research, which is part of the IU School of Medicine.
