And finally this week:

Feeling grumpy?
A little blue?

Go for a jog!

Light exercise like jogging can boost your mood, inducing feelings of calm and heightened energy, according to recent studies.

Today Sound Medicine's resident psychologist and sports nut, Dr. Steve Bogdewic, talks with sports psychologist Jack Raglin, who studies how exercise affects our moods.

Jack Raglin, PhD, is a professor in the Department of Kinesiology at IU Bloomington.
