Cancer affects not only the patient, but also family members and others providing care for cancer sufferer.
The stress of caring for a cancer patient can be overwhelming and emotionally and physically depleting.
There's a program at the IU Simon Cancer Center in Indianapolis called CompleteLife, which uses a team approach to care for patients and their caregivers.
Clinical Psychologist Shelley Johns joins Barbara Lewis in the studio to explain how it works.
