Author Howard Gleckman's new book Caring for Our Parents, combines his professional work with his personal experiences. The book is part personal story, part critique of the healthcare system, and part resource guide.

In addition to his work for The Urban Institute, Howard Gleckman is a correspondent for Business Week. He has spent three decades covering issues of elder care.
