Interview: Marilyn Bull, MD
Professor of pediatrics
IU School of Medicine
The American Academy of Pediatrics has issued a new brochure designed to be a tool for schools and parents who want to deal more effectively with bullying.
Pediatrician Marilyn Bull believes that, in order to deal with bullying, we have to focus on three groups: the bullies, the bullied, and the bystanders.
Dr. Bull has taught about both the physical and mental health issues of children for decades.
She says that the U.S. is finally catching up with European countries when it comes to taking the problem of bullying more seriously.
