Sooner or later, many people will find themselves in a workplace where one of the fellow employees is, well, a real pill.
Sometimes it’s the snarky comments. Occasionally, it can mean temper tantrums or thrown objects. And if that workplace is an operating room, that's not so good!
Which is why we’ve invited our next guest into the studio. Jack Mitenbuler is a job coach for what he gently calls "disruptive doctors."
Hospitals or medical groups hire people like Mitenbuler to "polish some of the rough edges" that, in extreme circumstances, can lead to a lawsuit or even a medical malpractice suit.
