Inflammatory breast cancer is an ultra aggressive form of breast cancer.
Itís tougher to diagnose and it affects a disproportionate number of younger women and African American women. And even though it is rare, it contributes to a high percentage of breast cancer deaths.
Bryan Schneider, MD, is a breast cancer researcher whose work on improving the diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory breast cancer has attracted funding from both the Breast Cancer Research Foundation and the Milburn Foundation.
