Coffee has all sort of well-known health benefits. But did you know that men who drink lots of coffee have a lower chance of getting lethal prostate cancer?

According to a recent Harvard study, men who drink at least six cups of coffee per day are at somewhat lower risk for prostate cancer and at considerably lower risk for lethal prostate cancer.

Interestingly, the anti-cancer benefits of coffee have nothing to do with its most famous ingredient -- caffeine. Instead, the benefit seems to derive from phenolic acids, which double as powerful antioxidants. Antioxidants, according to many other studies and theories, may have powerful cancer-fighting properties.
