As doctors born during the Baby Boom are beginning to retire, the need for more primary care physicians and specialists is being felt more than ever in small towns around the country.
This week we look at two strategies for encouraging doctors to set up their practices in rural communities.
First, to Colorado, where medical students at Colorado University spend a week shadowing doctors practicing far from the big city.
