Did You Know?: Lack of Sleep Leads to Health Problems
Host Jeremy Shere shares findings from a recent Harvard study which conclusions indicated that individuals that experience a lack of sleep are more prone to develop health problems, including diabetes and heart disease. A similarly themed study found that small quantities of sleep over extended periods resulted in increased blood sugar levels following meals, approaching pre-diabetic levels.
